Hi Everyone,
Since this whole thing got started, I’ve been planning budgets to see
how much it’d cost per month and how many members we’d need at various
levels of membership.
I’ve put up some Google docs with some figures on the group’s Sites:

PLEASE note these don’t reflect any actual costs as of yet. Its just
numbers I got from various sources:
– asking other Hackerspaces around the country
– the DPRG’s past experience
– personal research
I think it helps people understand what goes into the space, and gives
a feel for the level of membership required to meet costs.
Of course, in the end, the Hackerspace membership will determine how
things work out. I wanted to put these out there so people can see
“yes, we can do this!”.
