Here’s some of the stuff we talked about at the meeting:
OSC – Open Sound Control. A message protocol that can be used for
more than just sounds. Actually just about anything. Software for the
protocol exists for many platforms.
MRMR – open source OSC software for the iPhone
BlackWidow – an Arduino-sized and Arduino compatible board with WIFI
built in that goes for a good price
MAKE controller – an ARM7 based board that has ethernet and some
prewritten OSC code
Our list of potential projects. Add something you’re interested or
ask the mailing list about something you see. If its up there, it
means someone is interested in working on it.
