Would you like to be part of Dallas Makerspace? It’s easy! There are four simple steps:

  1. (Optional) Make a donation to the Maker Fellowship Fund.
  2. Sign up for monthly or yearly dues.
  3. Attend a Thursday meeting to go through the new member process and get your key.
  4. Show commitment, have ideas, and get involved!

Membership Information

Benefits:

  • 24/7 Access to Dallas Makerspace’s workspace and tools
  • Ability to bring guests, hold your own events, and use the space for meetings.
  • Right to vote in monthly membership meetings (after 3 months)
  • Free WiFi

Rate Information:

  1. Regular ($50/month) – This is the standard membership rate. Regular members are eligible for voting rights after 3 months.
  2. Starving hacker ($35/month) - The starving hacker rate is only available for qualified individuals (typically those who are students, unemployed or retired), please send an e-mail to admin@dallasmakerspace.org to see if you qualify. Starving hackers are eligible for voting rights after 3 months.
  3. Family Member Add-On ($10/month) – This rate is available to members currently paying the “Regular” rate, it grants all the benefits of membership to a family member (from the same household), but is not eligible for voting rights.

Note: Each option will set up recurring billing through PayPal. However, you are not required to have a Paypal account. Potential members who wish to pay with Cash/Check will need to arrange payment with the Treasurer (treasurer@dallasmakerspace.org).
