Walter wanted to note the following: --Note: This item was tabled after Luke claimed that the rules already required discipline actions to have a written record. After additional research, I found no indication that such a rule had existed, so my agenda item which wished such a rule to be created should have been voted on. - Walter Anderson

However, his proposed solution in the agenda item was "Establish that ALL disciplinary records need to be available to members in good standing as well as ensure that such records are maintained in the first place." which does NOT call for a rule to be added.
