Public Relations Meeting 2018.08.23

The PR Election meeting was held at 6:00pm Thursday 2018.08.23. Interactive Room.

PR Election

Occurs on September 6th. John announced his run for PR Chair. Steve is running for Chair again.

Convoluted issue with time because we could not set the election at 6pm to cover the 2 week required window. Meeting will start at 6pm. Voting and results cannot be completed until after 6:45.

Steve is making hooks for the current system. There are about 50 entries. Stephenie is ordering samples of a commercial wall hook system. Kris will hang the art work.

Expansion Open House

Discussed the September 17th Expansion Open House. Food, drinks and cookie will be provided.

Big Open House

Talked about the Big Open House on October 6th. It will run for the public from 10am to 6pm. We will be here early and later for setup and take down. Looking for volunteers to do demonstrations in their areas of interest or expertise.
