Present: Nathan, Art, Kobin, Jason, Chuck, Paul, Shawn, Raymond, Stephen. (Largest attendance in a while!)
7:05 PM: Call to order.
7:06 PM: With such a large group present, we decide to vote on committee chair a month earlier than the usual cycle, agreeing that the new chairperson will take effect as of the next meeting. Shawn is the only member seeking nomination, as Stephen had been looking to step down last cycle but no replacement came forward. Paul seconds this motion. We seek to have a vote for committee chair.
7:10 PM: Committee chair vote. Shawn wins unanimously with resounding support and cheers from across the building. Shawn will take the chairmanship at the next VECTOR meeting, scheduled for 11/16/2022.
7:12 PM: Discuss the state of projects. The Chicago Coin EM gun game that was purchased for DMS 102 Arcade was working when brought in, but had stopped working by the time of the meeting.
7:25 PM: Adjourn to pick up & organize the VECTOR area.
