In attendance: Nathan, Raymond, Paul, Kobin, Oscar, Nic, Stephen

7:02 PM: Call to Order.

7:03 PM: Thanks to Raymond Jett for presenting two highly successful classes on Bad Capacitors since our last meeting. We had about 40 people in attendance for the first one, and about 35 in attendance for the second one. They are drawing a nationwide audience among particularly vintage computer enthusiasts.

7:10 PM: Kobin mentions we have $968.69 in our budget, including a $25 deposit from DMS as our monthly stipend. We expect the honoraria to be deposited within the next couple weeks, which will further boost the coffers. The group is OK with the $25 monthly allowance for the time being, but wishes to spend the wad on something before it becomes unavailable.

7:15 PM: Move to allow games to be played by the public in VECTOR.

CDC guidance indicates transmission risk by touch is minimal. The new committee rule will state that games in VECTOR that are in a playable state are allowed to be played in a socially distant manner (games must be 6 ft apart when in use) and there can only be one player on a game at a time. Players are not allowed to touch the games with anything besides their hands (particularly, this means do not wipe them down before/after use) and players must wash their hands after playing games.

In favor: Unanimous

Opposed: None

This item will be placed on the Consent Agenda at the next board meeting so that the List of Committee Rules can be updated.

7:20 PM: Raymond announces plans for a new class on troubleshooting electronics, referencing his thread on the Aussie Arcade Forums.

7:30 PM: Project updates from everybody. Of note: Paul calls out the CobraPin pinball controller project on Kickstarter at https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1862357036/1641230079 and recommends we buy one for the committee at the Kickstarter price of $175 by 2/26.

7:50 PM: Adjourn.
