Degree is in nursing, but currently working as a social worker, a medical case manager, for the Resource Center.

Pottery experience

Started working with clay in Fall of 2015. Spent about eight semesters at Brookhaven Community College, part of the Dallas County Community Colleges, working with Jill O'Brien and Erik Tosten.

My aesthetic is for very clean simple forms with detailed Hispano-Moresque inspired decoration using underglazes, or more recently majolica technique.

Other than pottery, I am a singing member of the Turtle Creek Chorale, am an avid cook, and have had a 24 year history with the SCA but am not currently active.

  • Make a kerokuro; a Korean style kick wheel.
