I added some ad-hoc "information" about the purpose of personal storage, committee storage. These should be tweaked by someone (Like Alan) to be correct, as I have no knowledge of the intention of these two aspects. I'm merely guessing. I also added (earlier) the statement that the Logistic Committee documents linked to not address Personal Storage. I reckon other such additions/subtractions, etc. would be lovely to note here on the talk page so as to ensure they get addressed or not lost in the shuffle. I've tried to think of a good way to request that questions be posted so as to draw attention, but I've got nothing on that... Making the text green might work, but...
