Tabletop SIG Meeting 10.15.19

Attendance: 10ish

News: Storage is assembled and good to go! Woodshop offered to build tables for the POS using DMS materials for us Education got dissolved (Read as we are homeless again)

Talking point:

  • Get a Volunteer day on the calendar for the POS Room
  • Who do we ask about getting a TV in the POS now?
  • Sort the log in/log out prices for SIG Storage (Note the Prez needs access to any locked cabinet in the building)
  • Add hardware to the cabinet to make it lockable
  • Get more classes and events on the calendar
  • Get tabletop gaming searchable on the calendar
  • Get a google drive through DMS started for the SIG
  • Start a custom gaming table build
  • Surveys on talk and facebook about wanted game days and classes
  • Run more One Shots


  • Daniel donated a bag of dice to the cabinet
  • Richard form the tuesday night dnd game donated a players handbook for Dnd 5e
  • Cindy offered to work on the check out system
  • Volunteer day tentatively planned for the weekend of the 16th-17th of November, need to talk to Expansion/the Prez
