Computer (HDMI)

  1. Turn on the Projector using the Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI3 (Computer)
  4. Plug in the white HDMI cable coming from the back of the receiver to your computer
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Disconnect the white HDMI cable from your computer
  2. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  3. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Computer (VGA)

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI3 (Computer)
  4. Plug in the white HDMI cable coming from the back of the receiver to the VGA Adaptor
  5. Hook up the VGA Adaptor to your computer
    1. connect to the VGA port
    2. connect the USB port for power (may need to use usb extension)
    3. connect the audio (may need to use audio extension)
  6. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Disconnect the white HDMI cable from the VGA Adaptor
  2. Disconnect the VGA Adaptor and cables from your computer
  3. Put the VGA Adaptor and cables back in the box
  4. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  5. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Computer (DisplayPort)

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI3 (Computer)
  4. Attach DisplayPort device to Receiver
    1. Find the DisplayPort to HDMI Adaptor in the Adaptors box
    2. Plug the Adaptor into laptop
    3. Plug in the white HDMI cable coming from the back of the receiver to the DisplayPort Adaptor
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Disconnect the white HDMI cable from the DisplayPort Adaptor
  2. Disconnect the DisplayPort Adaptor and cables from your computer
  3. Put the DisplayPort Adaptor back in the box
  4. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  5. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Composite (Front Panel Yellow/Red/White RCA)

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to V-AUX
  4. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  2. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Chromecast

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Connect to the Chromecast named "Lecture Hall"
  4. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI2 (Chromecst)
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver or use the volume controls on the Chromecast client

When you are done

  1. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  2. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Blu-ray or DVD

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Turn on the Blu-ray player
  4. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI1 (Blu-ray)
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the Volume dial on the right

When you are done

  1. Eject Blu-ray or DVD disk (upper right button on player)
  2. Turn off the Blu-ray player (upper left button on player)
  3. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  4. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Android/MHL

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI3 (Computer)
  4. Attach Android/MHL device to Receiver
    1. Find the Android/MHL to HDMI Adaptor in the Adaptors box
    2. Plug the Adaptor into MHL device
    3. Plug in the white HDMI cable coming from the back of the receiver to the MHL Adaptor
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Disconnect the white HDMI cable from the MHL Adaptor
  2. Disconnect the MHL Adaptor and cables from your computer
  3. Put the MHL Adaptor back in the box
  4. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  5. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control

Mini HDMI

  1. Turn on the Projector using the white Epson remote control
    The projector will "click", then the light will turn on
    The projector screen will drop down after about 15 seconds
  2. Turn on the receiver
  3. Rotate the Input dial on the left to HDMI3 (Computer)
  4. Attach Mini HDMI device to Receiver
    1. Find the black Mini HDMI to HDMI cable in the Adaptors box
    2. Plug the cable into Mini HDMI device
    3. Plug in the white HDMI cable coming from the back of the receiver to the Mini HDMI cable using the attached red HDMI/HDMI Adaptor
  5. Adjust the volume by turning the right dial on the receiver

When you are done

  1. Disconnect the white HDMI cable from the Mini HDMI cable
  2. Disconnect the Mini HDMI cable from your device
  3. Put the Mini HDMI cable back in the box
  4. Turn off the Receiver (upper left button on Receiver)
  5. Turn off the Projector
    Turning off the projector will increase the life of the bulb
    The projector will turn itself off and the screen will automatically retract after 5 minutes
    Wait for it to turn off, or press the power button on the white Epson remote control
