Yearly

  • Insurance - ~$6500

Monthly

  • Rent - $10,000
  • Internet - $420.10
  • Electricity - $2000-$3000
  • Trash (Bluebonnet Waste Control) - $150 (need to confirm, haven't gotten most recent invoice)
  • WHMCS (Our invoicing system) - $15.95
  • Credit Card Acceptance Fees - ~2.5% of income
  • Cleaning Service - $800
  • Storage Space Rental - $128
  • Airgas Tank Rental - $100
  • Adobe Photoshop - $10.81

Every 2 Months

  • Air Conditioner Filter Change - $255

Misc

  • Meetup.com - $72 every 6 months
  • Paypal - 2.2% + $0.30 on each donation we receive
