Select a Tool Condition Status (Inoperable, Needs Tuneup, Working Well). If you don't select a status, your information will not be saved.
(Optional) Select a Condition/Comment. This allows you to give more details information to the relevant committee members and others who may wish to use the tool.
Note that your Comment will not be saved/reported unless you ALSO report a Tool Conditon for that tool.
