sounds pretty neat.

– willing to go for $750/mo for the first year and $775 for the second
since its a non-profit group
– walking distance to DART rail
– half office, half warehouse
– warehouse has a shared loading dock
– warehouse has drop ceiling and A/C
– approximately 3 parking spaces during working hours, no problem
parking more after hours or on weekends
– two restrooms
– 24/7 access no problem of course
– reasonable terms on maintenance
This is the type of place that would totally rock!
She wanted to get me in there to tour it, but I’ve not scheduled that yet.
We can get space, but we need funds to do that.
